Terms of use

Purpose and responsible use
WordGuard offers educational activities for rehearsing responses and recognising feelings, plus optional signed-in tools. Use it lawfully and respectfully. Do not upload material you have no right to share, identify students in teacher feedback, or use the service to harass others. Keep account credentials secure.
Schools and young people
The public school demonstration can be led by a teacher without student accounts or personal submissions. Individual student access, consent, safeguarding, data retention and licence arrangements must be agreed with the school before rollout. The current teacher workspace provides demonstration activities and feedback, not individual student provisioning or automated class reporting.
AI and external processing
Optional AI features may produce incomplete or inaccurate responses. They are not clinical assessments, professional advice or an emergency service. Follow school procedures for safeguarding concerns. Read the privacy information before submitting content to AI or voice tools. Do not assume a local history deletion removes files from external services.
Privacy and data handlingPricing and purchases
School pricing is available on request. A written quote confirms services, commencement date and GST treatment; this page does not activate a school licence or initiate checkout. Existing individual-app purchases are separate from school services, and their price is shown in the applicable checkout. Payments made through the app are processed by Stripe.
Consumer rights and support
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Contact WordGuard if a purchase or service has a problem or to request a remedy. School support scope is confirmed in the written quote.
